The RUSSIAN SPACE AGENCY (RSA) and ROSGIDROMET (Russian Hydrometeorological Service)
introduced since November 10, 1997, a new Regulation for supplying the users with the
Earth natural-resource information from the “Resurs-O1” spacecraft, which is to maximally
facilitate for You the procedure of requesting and obtaining the space image data from
Russia.
Now You may address to the CENTER FOR PROGRAM STUDIES (CPI) RSA or to the Research
Center (NIC) “PLANETA” with requests for acquiring the images of the territory at any
site of the world.
Very soon You will also be able to address via the INTERNET to the Catalog of images
received from the “Resurs-O1” spacecraft No. 3.
You may also to make the acquaintance of perspective characteristics of the
“Resurs-O1” spacecraft No. 4.
